How long does it take to get a quote for eCommerce boxes?

Quoting for projects that don’t require any development typically take 48 hours.  Projects that require development will take longer and a timeline is established at the outset.  Large multi-item bids typically require approximately 2-3 weeks to provide our best pricing.

How long does it take to produce custom eCommerce boxes?

Production lead times range from 3 to 6 weeks.  Rush jobs can sometimes be accommodated in shorter time frames on a case by case basis.

What is the minimum order quantity for eCommerce boxes?

Our minimum order quantity for custom eCommerce boxes can range from 1,000 to 5,000 pieces.  Our stocked mailers are available in quantities as low as 1 bundle/carton providing the order meets our minimum order value requirement.

How long odes it take to get plain eCommerce boxes?

We carry 5 sizes of plain eCommerce Boxes in our stocking program.  These are typically available to ship within 24hrs of receipt of your PO.  Not all SupremeX locations carry this stock so its always best to check stock availability first.

Will I see a proof before my eCommerce boxes go into production?

Yes absolutely!  We provide digital proofing that is typically released within 2-4 days of the receipt of the artwork, assuming a die line has already been established.  We can also provide hard copy (Epson) color match proofs upon request and once a digital proof has been reviewed/approved.  One set of digital and hard copy proofs is included in our standard pricing.

Can I print on the inside and outside of my eCommerce box?

Yes, you can print on both sides of your packaging.
